(Fargo, ND) — A regional panel is funding a special economic recovery fund for a northern Minnesota city hit hard by flooding.
The Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation Board has announced the fund for the city of Cook.
Two-point-five-million dollars will be available to provide grants and loans to businesses affected by the flooding.
Businesses will have to agree to reopen in Cook, must show a need for financial support and must use any existing insurance to help supplement a request for assistance.
