(Fargo, ND) –Fargo Airport Authority Executive Director Shawn Dobberstein says things are going smoothly with the construction of the new parking ramp at the airport.
They are now three weeks into construction.
“We are looking at 14 months, is what we’re working with the contractor on right now. We’re looking at August (or) September of 2025 to have the parking structure open,” said Shawn Dobberstein.
The parking structure is going up in the area that was previously used for short-term parking.
An area now used for short-term parking leaves passengers parking there with a longer walk to walk to reach the terminal.
The first phase of the terminal expansion project is also well underway.
That project includes adding 4 new gates to the terminal.
