(MINNEAPOLIS, MINN) — A Mahnomen man has been charged with illegal possession of firearms as a felon, announced Acting U.S. Attorney Lisa D. Kirkpatrick.
According to court documents, on July 17, 2023, Adam James Webster, 23, was found in possession of a Remington rifle and 12 gauge shot gun. The indictment charges Webster with one count of illegal possession of firearms.
He made his initial appearance in U.S. District Court before Magistrate Judge Alice Senechal in the District of North Dakota.
