Parked car rolls into tent at Chainsaw carving event, injures four

WALKER, MN — Four people are injured after a vehicle crashed into a tent after it was parked at the Hackensack Chainsaw Carving event south of Walker, Minnesota.

The incident occurred after 3:30 p.m. Saturday, after a previously-parked car began to move and crashed into a tent. Three people were treated on scene for minor injuries, while another was taken to a Duluth Hospital for a serious injury.

The driver is described as an 80-year-old male. He remains unidentified by authorities at this time.

Alcohol is not believed to be a factor.  The crash remains under investigation.
