(Fargo, ND) — The Trollwood Performing Arts School has canceled theater performances tonight and tomorrow night because of weather forecasts calling for high winds in the area.
The following message was posted Thursday afternoon on Trollwood’s Facebook page:
“Unfortunately, we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel performances of The Addams Family for tonight, Thursday, July 25 and tomorrow, Friday, July 26 due to very high wind speeds in the forecast.
These high winds forecasted by the National Weather Service pose a significant threat to our students and staff.
Due to the inevitability of the weather forecast, the decision was made to cancel both performances now.
This will give ticket holders for both the Thursday and Friday performances the best opportunity to rebook a seat for the one remaining performance on Saturday, July 27.
If you are a ticket holder for the Thursday or Friday performance, you will receive an email with instructions on how to rebook your ticket.
At this time, we do not plan to add any additional performances of The Addams Family and will have one remaining performance on Saturday, July 27.”
