A few things to cover today….although we haven’t had ANY winter weather across the area, it IS Winter Weather Awareness week….here’s a link with a few good reminders:
Now, since we don’t have ANY winter weather coming our way, let’s focus on rain. We really need some more moisture as we have had a record dry Sept. and Oct across much of the area. A large trough out to our west will bring some much needed rainfall across the area for Sunday into Monday. Take a look at what our European model is forecasting:
Up to an inch across much of the area!! Let’s hope this pans out. I still see NO signs of any “cold” air coming into the US over the next week to 10 days. Now we will see cooler weather next week but nothing out of the ordinary for early November.
