LRC and the winter weather outlook

So far this season, it's been a TOTALLY different LRC pattern than last year.  It's been a MILD fall for sure with only a few storms to deal with. If you are not familiar with the LRC, it's a innovative way to forecast long term weather using a "cycling" method.  A new cycle sets up each year the first week of October then cycles throughout the winter, fall spring and summer before a TOTALLY NEW pattern sets up the next October.   It truly is an AMAZING way to forecast long term weather.   What will this winter bring us?  Will it be snowy like last winter?  A warmer than normal winter with less snowfall?
