ICY WEATHER CONTINUES IN SOME AREAS

A wintry mix of rain/freezing rain will continue across the area today into tonight.   The freezing rain/rain line will run from about Thief River through Grand Forks and just west of Lisbon for most of today.  Anything west or NW of that line will remain freezing rain with VERY HAZARDOUS TRAVEL.   Travel around the F/M area should be ok with the exception of side streets and parking lots/sidewalks.   Overnight, the precip will mix with and change to snow from the F/M area toward Lisbon with around an inch or so of accumulation possible.  This will lead to slushy and slippery travel for your Wednesday morning commute.   Conditions will improve later this week with sunshine and highs in the 30s.
