Some much needed rain fell across much of the area the last 2 days with a bit too much in a small pocket just NW of the Fargo/Moorhead area:
A beneficial rain across much of the state into Lakes country. Now we focus on tonight because skies will clear by mid to late evening and high pressure will build into the area. With clear skies and light winds, the perfect ingredients are coming together for a widespread frost across much of the area. Lows are expected to dip to around 30 so if you have any tender vegetation outdoors, cover it up!!!
Afterwards, some milder weather will spread into the area for the rest of the week with another chance for showers on Friday into Saturday AM. The rest of the holiday weekend looks WARM with temps in the 70s and 80s with breezy conditions.
