(Grand Forks, ND) -- A man is in custody and facing an attempted murder charge following a stabbing in Grand Forks.
The Grand Forks Police Department says the incident happened Thursday night along 8th Street North, where officers found a man suffering from multiple stab wounds. The man was taken to a hospital for emergency surgery, and police identified 19-year-old Makai Summers as a suspect in the stabbing, who allegedly got into an argument with the victim before the incident. Summers was arrested at his mother's house.
Summers is charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault.
