Fargo Police issue arrest warrant after 10 month investigation into marijuana dispensary

(Fargo, ND) -- An arrest warrant has been issued for a man accused of running an illegal marijuana dispensary in Fargo.  

Last year, police served a search warrant at a building along 51st Avenue South, and allegedly found a copious amount of marijuana and marijuana products being illegally sold. Investigators say 29-year-old Robert Beretta is the man who had been operating the black market cannabis business. He faces charges of leading a criminal association, and conspiracy to possess with intent to manufacture or deliver marijuana. 

Police say the investigation has been going on for nearly 10 months.
