The Minnesota Wild will be without one of the teams top forwards for the remainder of their home stand.

Ryan Hartman has been suspended three games by the NHL's Department of Player Safety for tossing his stick in the direction of an official. He will begin serving his suspension in Minnesota's Tuesday night game against the Ottawa Senators. Hartman is eligible to return to the ice on Sunday when the Wild visit the Chicago Blackhawks.

This is the fourth time Hartman has been suspended in his NHL career.
