FERGUS FALLS, Minn. – The on and off ramps for Interstate 94 are closed at exit 54 for Minnesota Highway 210 until October.
There is a detour to County Road 1/Tower Road.
Highway 210 is open during construction and traffic will shift to one side of the bridge and be reduced to one lane in each direction.
Nighttime work began on Monday, May 4 and is expected to last up to three days to demolish the bridge. I-94 will close in both directions from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM each day.
Once demolition is done, the interchange ramps will close.
Work includes replacing the bridge, reconstructing interchange ramps, building three roundabouts and improving bicycle and pedestrian access.
