Fargo Public School Board member and Health officer for Fargo Cass Public Health Dr. Tracie Newman goes 1-on-1 with our Ty Schonert on the news that the school district will be changing from a mask 'mandate' to a 'strong recommendation' beginning in January.
The move came after recommendations were passed down from Fargo Cass Public Health Tuesday evening. You can find that full report here.
