A silver alert has been issued for 66-year-old Kathleen Richards of Bismarck. She was last seen at the V.A. Clinic at Gateway Mall in Bismarck on Thursday between 1pm and 2pm. She is 5-foot-1, 165 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. She suffers from various mental health disorders and it is unknown when she last received medication.
