A semi driver has been arrested on I-94 in Otter Tail County.
Valley News Live says scanner traffic indicated there may be a woman in the semi texting with authorities from Otter Tail County that she needs help.
Authorities found the semi and pulled it over by exit 15. Law enforcement officials say the male driver of the semi was arrested.
It is unclear what occurred in the semi.
