Dilworth Police say they executed multiple search warrants in Moorhead today, resulting in an arrest.
They executed the warrants at an address in Moorhead and on a vehicle, driven by Jimmie Lee Bates III.
Bates was taken into custody, without incident, and charged with First Degree Aggravated Robbery. Police say the charge is in connection with an incident that occurred on August 2 at approximately 12:44 p.m. at the Walmart in Dilworth.
Bates is being held at the Clay County Jail, pending arraignment.
