Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Committee, announced Friday that the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) has awarded grants totaling nearly $8.1 million for airports in North Dakota.
“(Friday's) funds will help officials at airports around our state complete vital infrastructure projects,” Hoeven said. “By investing in these airports, they can continue to provide valuable support to the local economies in these communities.”
