Fargo Library to host ‘The Physics of Flight’ event Oct. 8

 

As part of the 2019 One Book, One Community reading project featuring the book “Fly Girls” by Keith O’Brien, the Fargo Public Library will host “The Physics of Flight,” a science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) event for kids on Tuesday, Oct. 8, at 6:30 p.m. at the downtown Main Library.

Presented by instructors from the Concordia Science Academy, youngsters in grades  4 to 6 will investigate the science involved in flight along with hands-on activities to learn how form affects function.
