Grand Forks, Williston Regions Next Up For Medical Marijuana

The North Dakota Department of Health (NDDoH) released draft dispensary application materials for the Grand Forks and Williston dispensary regions. The draft application materials, including instructions, can be found on the Division of Medical Marijuana’s website at www.ndhealth.gov/MM. A panel will be established to review all complete applications. The panel will evaluate, score, and select applicants that will be eligible for registration through the NDDoH in the Grand Forks and Williston regions. The date for the application period will be announced later.
