Fargo Woman Faces Child Neglect Charge

Richelle Ulmer, a Fargo daycare provider, faces a child neglect charge stemming from an incident in late July.

According to court records, Ulmer failed to provide proper parental care or control as required by law. Documents say Ulmer was extremely intoxicated while she had nine children, under the age of eight, in her care that she was solely responsible for.

Ulmer faces a Class C Felony charge of Child Neglect.

She has pled not guilty in the case, and waived  her right to a preliminary hearing.

She is due back in court in November.
