On Thursday, at 2:52 a.m., Fargo Officers responded to the 1400 block of 1st Ave. North, for a report of a domestic disturbance.
Justin Ott fled from officers as they attempted to make contact with him regarding the incident, but was located shortly by K9 Falco and his handler.
Ott, 36 years old of Fargo, was arrested for Terrorizing, Domestic Violence 2nd or more offense, Refusing to Halt, False Information to Law Enforcement and Interference with an Emergency call.
