The jury in the case of William Hoehn has been sent home without reaching a verdict.
Receiving the case just after 3 p.m., the jury was given until 4:30 p.m. to come to a verdict, before the judge would send them home for the night. Judge Thomas Olson, who is presiding over the case, gave the jury final instructions just before 3 p.m.
Hoehn is facing a charge of conspiracy to commit murder in the death of Savanna Greywind.
The jury will reconvene in Cass County District Court Friday morning.
