Fargo Fire responds to apartment fire Wednesday night

At 7:51 p.m. Wednesday evening, Fargo firefighters were dispatched to a report of smoke in the hallway of an apartment building at 1402 32nd St S.  Upon arrival, crews discovered a fire in unit 106.  Crews were able to extinguish the fire quickly, preventing it from extending into the surrounding units. 

One individual was home at the time of the fire and sustained non-life threatening injuries. The individual was transported by ambulance to a local hospital.  The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.  A damage estimate is not yet available.
