Restorative yoga has potential benefits to every person, regardless of age, gender or physical ability. Some possible benefits to practicing restorative yoga include deep relaxation of the physical body and gentle stretching of muscles for increased flexibility. Props are used in the classes for every pose to completely support the body and allow for full relaxation. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat or a large towel and wear comfortable clothing. These classes are recommended for adults and no registration is required. For more information, contact Lori W. at 701.476.5977.
