The Fargo Police Department will be conducting a Child Abduction Response Team (C.A.R.T) exercise on Tuesday, December 11, 2018. The team consists of 60 to 70 individuals from the region and six from the Fargo Police Department. The C.A.R.T. is activated when a child abduction has occurred, the suspect is not a family member, and the child is believed to be endangered. The C.A.R.T. team conducts an exercise yearly to maintain proficiency, and to learn best practices to be more efficient.
