The winter weather has affected mail delivery, as well.
According to the United States Postal Service, it is suspending service in North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota on Wednesday.
A report on the USPS website says “Due to this arctic outbreak and concerns for the safety of USPS employees, the Postal Service is suspending delivery Jan. 30.”
