Derrig Named City Engineer

The Fargo City Commission confirmed Brenda Derrig as the new city engineer, replacing Mark Bittner, who announced his retirement as the director of engineering earlier this year. April Walker, the previous city engineer, resigned more than a year ago. Derrig most recently worked in the engineering department at NDSU, leading one of the departments divisions. She is a graduate of NDSU.
