Hoeven Marks Return of UND’s Army Flight Training Program, Joins Signing For Flood Protection

Senator John Hoeven will outline funding he secured to reinstate the University of North Dakota (UND) Army Flight Training program at a ceremony highlighting the program. That afternoon, the senator will be in Fargo to join the signing of the new Project Partnership Agreement (PPA) for flood protection in the Red River Valley.
