A body recovered on April 22 southeast of Luverne, in Barnes County, has been identified.
Sheriff Randy McClafin says the body has been identified as 57-year-old David Palmer. He died of hypothermia, according to a news release.
There was no foul play involved in the case, which was investigated by the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Barnes County Sheriff’s Office.
