Elm Street North Closure Due to Rising Water

Elm Street North will be closing between 13th and 15th Avenues North due to rising water. The closure will begin at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21.  The detour will be via 3rd Street North with Elm Street remaining closed until the water recedes below the roadway.
