The Fargo Police Department has now identified a man killed by a train last week in downtown Fargo.
According to the Fargo Police Department, it happened at around 11 p.m. last Thursday near 6th Avenue North. Fargo Police say the man has been identified as 34-year-old Philo Agard.
Officers found his body with significant trauma near the tracks, which are in an area with unmarked crossings.
