Fargo-based Noridian Healthcare Solutions has been awarded a contract by the North Dakota Department of Human Services to house the Medicaid Call Center.
The contract is worth 3.3 million dollars.
Noridian will support North Dakota Medicaid members and providers by answering their questions about claims payment, claims submission and prior authorization.
Recently, Noridian was also awarded a contract to provide Medicaid Management Information System services to the State of Iowa, extending the 14 years of work Noridian has done with Iowa to 23 years.
