Beginning on Thursday, July 18, 4th Street North will be closed to through traffic from 18th Avenue to 19th Avenue North. Traffic will be detoured to 3rd Street North via 18th Avenue and 19th Avenue North.
The closure is necessary to repair a water service. The road is expected to fully reopen at the end of the day on Thursday.
