BATTLE LAKE, MINN – A 16-year-old is facing third degree burglary and other charges after deputies found a business had been forced open early Monday morning.
It happened at the Cenex Gas Station in Battle Lake.
According to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office, deputies received a burglary alarm call just after 1 a.m. While investigating, it was determined that several items had been stolen during the incident.
A juvenile was identified and later located and arrested. He was taken to the West Central Regional Juvenile Center in Moorhead on third degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and first degree criminal damage to property charges.
