(Grand Forks County, ND) -- A 74-year-old Rugby man is dead following a one-vehicle crash a week ago in Grand Forks County.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says John Gustafson lost control of his SUV on Highway Two on the morning of January 12th and overturned in a ditch. His 89-year-old passenger Laverne Gustafson suffered minor injuries. Both were wearing seat belts and were taken to the hospital, and John later died.
The crash does remain under investigation.
