Update (Tuesday, 9:17 p.m.) -- Public Works crews are currently removing snow from 19th Ave. N. between Dakota Drive N. and 18th St. N. The road is expected to be open to through traffic on Wednesday, Feb. 23 by 5:00 a.m.

(Fargo, ND) -- Due to strong winds and severely reduced visibility, 19th Ave. N. is closing between 18th St. and Dakota Dr. effective at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Drivers are encouraged to utilize 12th Ave. N for east/west travel as an alternative route until 19th Ave. N. is reopened. Travelers going to Hector International Airport should take 18th St. N. south to Dakota Dr. and follow Dakota Dr. northbound to access the Airport.
