(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Sanitary Landfill is closed Thursday due to high wind speeds.
The City says debris from trucks cannot be properly maintained during times of high winds and often blows away from the landfill.
Residential garbage collections will continue as scheduled. The Household Hazardous Waste Facility will be open and operating normal hours.
The landfill is expected to reopen on Friday, April 8th
