(Fargo, ND) -- An East Grand Forks woman is charged with third-degree murder in connection with blue M30 pills that were laced with Fentanyl. Police say Stephanie Hageman is also facing two other felony charges as part of the investigation that dates back to September. A police report says a woman died from a Fentanyl overdose January 14th using pills Hageman has admitted to selling.
