(Clay County, MN) -- New details are available concerning a Clay County crash that killed a Fargo teen.
The Minnesota State Patrol says a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Sandip Tamang attempted to cross Highway Ten at 170th Street North on Monday evening after stopping at a stop sign. An SUV on 170th Street crashed into the car's front driver's side.
Tamang was killed in the crash. No one inside the SUV was hurt.
