(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Anthony Perales, registered as homeless in Fargo.
The 36-year-old was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition, a AA felony in Ransom County District Court in 2007. His victim was a female acquaintance under the age of 15. Perales was also convicted of Sexual Assault C felony in Cass County in 2012. His victim was a 16-year-old female.
Perales was assessed as a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. He is a lifetime registrant in North Dakota.
