(Fargo, ND) -- A staff member at Willow Park Elementary School in Fargo was robbed at gunpoint on campus Sunday morning according to Fargo Police. It happened just before 11:00 at the school, in the 4900 block of 15th Avenue S.

The victim said she was unloading school supplies from her vehicle, when a  man wearing a hood and camouflage gaiter rode up on an electric motored bike and pointed a handgun at her.

That individual asked for money and the woman said because her hands were full, she told the suspect she needed to put the items down.

The woman said she then managed to open the back passenger seat and told her son to run. The staff member and the child entered the school without injury and called 911.

So far there is no arrest in the case and the Fargo Police Department is working to identify the suspect.

WDAY News First contacted West Fargo Public Schools for comment.  A representative for the district directed our questions to the Fargo Police Department.
