(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is warning the public of a high-risk sex offender who has moved into the area.
FPD says 22-year-old Christopher Paul James Morrison registered at Centre, Inc, 123 15th Street North in Fargo.
Morrison was convicted in United States District Court of one count of Sexual Abuse of a Minor in January of 2021. His victim was a female age 14.
He is a lifetime registrant.
