Gwinner man injured in motorcycle rollover

(GWINNER) -- A 53-year-old Gwinner man sustained serious injuries in a crash early Monday morning east of the City of Gwinner.

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, 53-year-old Cameron Qualley was driving a 2008 Harley Davidson motorcycle northbound on State Highway 32, when he disregarded the stop sign at the intersection of Highways 32 and 13. He continued across Highway 13 when he lost control of the motorcycle and rolled into the north ditch, coming to rest in a bean field.

Qualley was not wearing a helmet. He sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries. He was treated on scene by Milnor Ambulance, before being transported by Gwinner Ambulance to Lisbon.

Qualley was arrested for DUI. The crash remains under investigation.
