(Fargo, ND) -- Fargo police say they have made contact with the parent of a child found ringing doorbells and out in the cold with no shoes and just a jacket on.
A woman contacted police shortly before 4:30 yesterday afternoon about the youngster who was about three or four-years-old.
She also posted messages on Facebook in an attempt to reconnect parents and child.
Police say an investigation is ongoing and no other details have been released.
