Single vehicle crash leads to closure of high-traffic intersection in Moorhead

(Moorhead, MN) -- First Responders are on the scene of what appears to be a single vehicle crash that occurred in Moorhead Tuesday morning.

A WDAY Radio reporter described a vehicle that appeared to be heading westbound on 21st Street North when it potentially collided with the support pillar of the underpass. WDAY Radio is attempting to learn more about the cause of the crash. The reporter did not see any injured persons on the scene, but did see a nearby ambulance drive away with no emergency lights used moments after his arrival. 

Roads were closed in the area of Main Ave. South East and 21st Street North for several hours following the crash.
