Fargo fire cause released

FARGO - Fire investigators have determined the cause of an apartment building fire in Fargo on Saturday. They say the fire, at 2551 Villa Drive S., started in the ceiling space of a second-floor apartment unit near a bathroom exhaust fan. The fire then spread to the third floor and attic.

All residents of the 24-unit apartment building were temporarily displaced, and three of those units are uninhabitable until repairs are made.
