(Fargo, ND) -- Clay County Sheriff Mark Empting has released the name of the Ulen man who died in a suspected drunk driving crash Saturday night.
It happened just after 11:30 in the area of the 18 thousand block of 250th Street North, northwest of Ulen.
The victim was 43-year-old Sonny Syverson.
The other driver involved, who was arrested, is identified as 53-year-old Lake Park resident Dean Thompson.
He is charged with Felony 1st Degree Driving While Impaired.
The sheriff has not yet released information on how the crash occurred.
The crash remains under investigation.
