WEST FARGO -A crash tied up traffic for about an hour-and-a-half Wednesday night after the driver of a dump truck towing a trailer with an excavator lost control on the Sheyenne Street ramp off I-94 in West Fargo. It happened just after 6:00pm. Troopers say the trailer tipped on its side, but the driver, 31-year old Kole Lee of Dalton, Minnesota was not hurt.
The crash remains under investigation.
