(Madisonville, KY) -- Police in Western Kentucky say a man took a swig of beer during a routine traffic stop.
Jordan Craig was initially pulled over for going more than 80 miles per hour in a residential area. The officer reported seeing an open can of beer in the car and that Craig drank from it when he went to run his license.
The 25-year-old failed field sobriety tests and told the officer at one point he forgot how to count.
Officials say his blood alcohol level was just over point-one-two.
